Los problemas de acoso escolar o bullying (cualquier situación en la que se produzca el maltrato físico, verbal, psicológico…) son cada vez más habituales: los conflictos están presentes en el colegio, en la vida doméstica, con amigos, en actividades extraescolares, en el vecindario…

Cuando hablamos de acoso a menores, es tan importante disponer de respuestas reparadoras por parte del ordenamiento jurídico como actuar en un nivel preventivo, con la aplicación de programas de mediación específicos: la mediación está de moda, siempre han estado de moda todas aquellas innovaciones que contribuyen al bienestar y al progreso humano.

SUMMARY. The problems of hounding at school or bullying (any situation in which physical, verbal or psycological mistreat, social exclusión takes place) are more frequent every day:
The clashes can be found at school, in the daily life at home, in relationships with friends, in activities out of school hours, in the neighborhood. When we talk about bullying of minors, it is just as important to have solutions in our legislation as it is to try to prevent the situation of hounding, applying special mediation programs. Mediation is in fashion, as always any innovation has been that contributes to the human well-being and progress.
